From 998-2000 I worked as an investigator for William Pepper, then serving as the King family's attorney in its case against the US Government. I testified at the trial about the government's connections to the assassination.

A Caracas Romance: Wolves and Revolution in Venezuela

In 2004 the Venezuelan and Cuban governments invited me to Caracas to participate in the annual Defense of Humanity Conference. Hundreds of artists and political activists from around the world gathered to discuss and formulate plans to prevent the CIA , multinational corproations and banks from subjugating the entire world.

The Douglas Valentine Vietnam Collection at the National Security Archive in Washington, DC, has been open and used by researchers since early 2007. The Collection contains the research material, including audio files of interviews with senior CIA and military officers in the Phoenix program, original handwritten interview notes, and government documents obtained from CIA and military officers as well as through FOIA requests, for my book The Phoenix Program. The Collection can only be used in the National Security Archive's Reading Room; it is not available for interlibrary loan and an appointment must be made to use it.
